    Great Workout

    I absolutely love the walking off the pounds video by Leslie Sansone. It's fun, and easy and let's you work out at your own pace. I felt comfortable with the instructions given and feel rewarded when I've completed my 3rd mile. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and user friendly workout.

    What a terrible dvd. I couldn't wait until it was over. Leslie was at her worst. All mouth and not enough correct exercising. Her team was way too large and she just can't shut up when there are so many walkers. Same old moves and boring music. And she continues to say the same thing over and over again. She never changes her stupid comments. You always know what she is going to say. This was a waste of money. Leslie, you need to go back to the drawing board and get NEW material. It just gets too monotonous. She was off beat all the time because she was interested in laughing and carrying on.
