The yellow tab was missing and the package was re-taped with blue tape. The pic with ink with the yellow tab intact is another color out of the box. The black ink is not working and I had to be replace it. The cost was good, shipping time was good but post office lost the package but the package was in good condition when it was recovered. I don't remember if the post said it was open or not. Item was promptly shipped and when I had an issue because I received the wrong item, it was promptly handled with no issues. I believe it was an honest mistake so I would still do business with the seller.
