Couldn't be happier with my purchase! The charger was missing when the package arrived but the seller promptly shipped a replacement.       Upon arrival, the laptop would not bootup. The hard drive was disconnected from HD interface. The shipping box was probably mishandled somewhere in the delivery pipeline, causing the HD to unseat. The Seller did respond to my inquiry and suggested I check the HD connection. Seller should do a better job on protective packaging (several layers of large bubble wrap instead of just 1 layer).
