    Not please with this item for the treatment for Hot Flashes & Night Sweats. Not efficient for cooling the body as described.

    I do think it works ok for the warming effect but I do not have any success with the cooling effect. I have tried all the settings and the cooling effect is not compatible with what it claims to do for Hot Flashes or Night Sweats. I can only feel the coolness when initially hitting the button and do not feel any continual "waves" of cooling during the set time like I do with the warming feature. With the warming feature, I can feel the continual "waves" of warming throught out what ever time I set for the session. I was really hoping for a much better experience with this product because I seriously struggle with continual hot flashes constantly. Maybe you should experiment on seperate devices, 1 for COOLING ONLY, & 1 for WARMING ONLY.

    Beautiful Piece - That's About It

    Nice looking but cumbersome and gets in the way of writing, typing, anything where your hands have to be close to another surface. I could deal with that if the device actually helped my hot flashes. It does not.
