    Unfortunately the original headset did not power up and the company, promptly, sent a replacement in original package. Those were faulty as well. I was promptly given a refund and an apology. Their communication was direct and prompt. I would do business with them again. The issues were not their fault. Both items came in original packaging.

    This collectible arrived covered in bubble-wrap, no outer box. The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.
