    The condition of the coffee cup that was advertised looked intact and beautiful however when I received the item it had not been adequately packaged and arrived broken in 4 pieces. I contacted seller and sent pictures and was told that she packaged it just fine and it was insured and up to me to go to the post office for a refund! None of this makes sense! Buyer beware!
