    Good Acting Documentary

    Instead of just pictures with narrated commentary as the usual documentary is presented, this series actually is portrayed though acting and dialog, along with a narrator's (Ray Liotta -" Goodfellas") comments from time to time to help draw the scenes into continuity. It makes for a good watching experience, as you witness the very beginning of the American mafia, it's growth and the power struggles that are to follow.

    Making of the mob....new york

    This is the second set I have purchased, this one for a gift. It’s an amazing documentary of the Mob with the visual production to make it more informative without losing the information contained in the dvd set. Quite a project tow film and still remains and still remain true to the original concept. And it pays off for the viewer. Cannot recommend this item enough. Buy it, get in it, learn lots. You’ll have a good time and will benefit greatly from the new knowledge. And knowledge is a good thing.
