One board has a bad solder joint for the HDMI. The other board has failed and damaged capacitors. I am able to repair those issues, however. If I were a regular consumer; I would have filed a claim with eBay. I am able to repair the boards and I am very pleased with the value. To the seller; Please be honest in the future. I want to say thank you for the deal, too. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience, but I would ask next time to reach out the the seller before leaving a review.
