Not For Wimps
This is a big honking blower. Primary pro is power which saves time instead of the constant back and forth of handheld units. Also love the bigger gas tank that allows me to get everything done without refilling. Con would be that it is a chunk so really not for those with either small jobs or who tire quickly. My first backpack unit and I would say the biggest challenge is getting it on. It's a learning experience and I am getting better at it. Best to have it up high as opposed to starting by picking up from floor IMO. Once on it is comfortable enough. The squeeze throttle allows you to control blower velocity so when you are around delicate areas you will be fine. Good power and easy start, but.....
Love the power and starts on the 2nd or 3rd pull so no problem there. However the only way it continues to run is at full choke. Otherwise it stalls every time. Plenty of power!
I ordered this and immediately had second thoughts, thinking why didn't I spend the extra 60 bucks for more power. When it arrived, I started it up and that answered my concerns. This blower has plenty of power for my needs, and since it is lighter, I save a couple of pounds on my back. This leaf blower is fantastic!
This is a great product! I am a 68 year old female and I highly recommend this leaf blower. I have no problem starting it myself - it pulls with ease. It feels great on my back and is not that heavy. It blows out embedded leaves, hickory nuts and just about anything that gets in its path. It is perfect for my 1 acre yard, but I would even recommend it for smaller yards. Very happy after first use
Easy to assemble. User manual has small type (ugh). A sheet is included that has info from the manual, in larger type, that tells you how to assemble and use the blower (not ugh!) Throttle on hose in fantastic. Can't imagine not having that feature; glad I chose it. Harness holds blower tight on the body. Not heavy, used for hours, quite easy. I use ear plugs with ear covers (best solution), and eye protection (lots of flying debris). You get enough 2-stroke oil to prepare 1 gallon of fuel. I also add a good stabilizer (habit). Fuel tank is just over 1/2 gallon. I used about 1/2 a tank (1/4 gallon) over about 2 hours; I didn't time it, it's just my recollection. Easily moved wet leaves, wet grass, wet wood chips. Perfect for smaller properties that get a lot of leaves & debris throughout the season.
This blower is perfect if you have a property that's too small for a riding mower, but just big enough, and gets a lot of leaves throughout the season to make raking a real pain. It moves piles of leaves really well, even the wet ones, and will even get the smaller debris that's harder to rake. I can do my whole yard in just under an hour, which is good because I have to clear it at least three times every season. It's a bigger unit so naturally it burns enough fuel during the season that I recommend buying a $10 Ratio-Rite measuring cup and mixing your own fuel. Be sure to find a source of ethanol free gas nearby (just do a google maps search) as regular 87 is bad for smaller yard tool engines. Ethanol gas doesn't store well over time, the octane is too low and will certainly shorten the life of the engine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

A Beast of a Blower
Started up right out of the box and this is a beast of a blower! Got through my sizeable yard in about 45 minutes and the leaves were a little wet. A little heavy because it is very much a commercial built blower. Straps are comfortable and make it easy to handle and I wore for almost an hour with no issue.
