I was well informed by the seller at all times and if I had any complaints, they would be directed towards DHL who appeared to have sent the package in the wrong direction. The item arrived promptly, but unfortunately DHL were shocking & delivered it to the wrong address & location, it took 3 days & numerous phone calls to DHL to get it sorted.
