    Quiet Unit, Easy to Maintain.

    This unit is quieter than my now dead Krups and does not evacuate water into the drip tray, which was a bother with the Krups. It is now discontinued and spare parts are hard to find. I needed to replace the water tank, which got cracked and I had to order it from Italy! USA parts houses say they cannot longer get it. The internals seem the same on most units, so inside parts should be easier to find. I use it with El Pico espresso and get good results.

    Lightweight

    Very cheaply made , small. Really hard to use. Have to hold the machine to add and remove brew basket. Steam wand keeps popping off when trying to steam. Overpriced. Would not recommend.
