Emeril Lagasse 360 air fryer is great! I love using it, it's so easy to cook in. I use it almost every day. I got rid of my toaster and toaster oven, saves me counter space.

Don't waste your money
Basic instructions for baking, air frying, etc. are not included with the oven and are also not included with the recipe book. There is no conversion chart for times/temperature for various sized casseroles or chickens, for example. Ingredients for the recipes are not commonly found in the average kitchen requiring a trip to the store. I was as unimpressed with this cookbook as with the oven manual.

Happy Cookers
The only real cookbook for the 360 air fryer oven. The recipes are easy to follow and written by the master himself. There are several new books that claim to be for this oven but they are not Emeril's recipes or directions. This is the real deal and we are delighted.
