    Perfect for my needs

    I purchased this for coyote hunting in the Midwest. Only needed to detect the coyotes so I could jump on my night vision scope. Does this perfectly. A higher base magnification would have been nice for hunting, but I'm also using this for draft sealing, duct sealing and adding insulation. 1.5x base is perfect.

    Works well

    This is my first thermal monocular and am satisfied with it. I gave it a 4 star since I do not have a comparison or any experience with these. NVGs are much cheaper but I think these paint a better picture of your surroundings.
