Too Bright!
The sight has two different colors, and each color has three different brightness settings. The problem is that ALL three of the brightness settings are FAR too bright to be used in low light situations. In broad sunlight any setting is adequate. At dusk/dawn, or even on overcast days even the lowest brightness setting is so intense that it washes out the entire field of view. It's like having a green or red flashlight beamed into your shooting eye. This can of course be fixed by reducing the battery voltage by installing a fixed value or variable resistor, or by placing a neutral density filter into the path of the LED beam, but this requires know-how and shouldn't be necessary in the first place. The sight also has four different type reticles, but only two are really usable; the dot and the triangle. The other two are a smiley face and a skeleton head. Some may find that amusing, but the sight images on the screen are quite large and there is no definite aiming point unless you use one of the eyes, the mouth, or some other part of the face or skull.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Red dot sight
I have this installed on a 12ga. & so far it has held its zero. Only issues I've had was the screw head stripped out tightening down on the front part , had to replace it. Another issue was it didn't fit tight on my picatinny rail, had to put a piece of tape along the inside and now it's tight. Time will tell on how durable it is.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
