    So far, this is a great machine. I’ve made a few batches of ice cream and it works exactly as it is supposed to. Hints: definitely use 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum for best texture; let frozen mix set out for about 15 minutes before running first cycle. I use Fairlife chocolate milk, chocolate protein powder, sugar free Nestle Quik to make a very tasty, fairly healthy chocolate ice cream. Experiment with different flavors and ingredients. Lots of great recipes on YouTube.

    Delish treats and more with easy clean up

    It is definitely not compact. It's about the size of a Ninja blender. However, it should fit on under cabinet counter space. Mine was refurbished so it didn't come with the manual but that was easily downloaded from the Ninja site . I made a Snickers creamy Italian ice for my first attempt. The Creami is very easy to use and dishwasher top rack safe. My creation came out delicious. I'm looking forward to more experimentation as well as some classics. Some people complained that the unit was loud. I didn't find it any louder than a good heavy duty blender. Refurbished was a good deal , making this product more budget friendly. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
