    Problem with shift key caps

    I was really thrilled to get this keyboard because of the BIG delete key, but after using it for serious typing, (I am a writer), I noticed that it was leaving out the CAP letters, when I pushed down the shift key, so I have been going back over what I have written and changing the lower case letters to upper case. this is a pain if you are doing hundreds of words of text. this may be a problem with this individual keyboard, or the whole lot, I do not know. (I left an example in the above.)
