    Poor packaging - damaged item. Will not pay for return shipping?

    I asked for the buyer to send a picture of the damaged item. He only provided a picture of the exterior box and refused to send a pic of the actual product. There was another internal box inside that was not damaged (only tear in the external box). I did agree to and paid for return shipping label. The buyer said it was poor packaging. When observing his posts and selling he ships the same product in the exact same packaging.
