To no fault of the seller, the manufacturer put a mis-match of wrong sizes in the box. She immediately responded to my email, informed me to move forward with a return. Once I filled out the return, I had a shipping label within minutes. I mailed them off and by the time I got home, I was notified my refund had been sent. I will definitely look to buy from again. However, with no fault of the seller my package shipment was not delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. The Postal Driver gave me someone else’s package instead of mine and added a comment “unable to deliver package” when it was clearly able to be delivered. The delivery delay was due to the incompetence of the mail carriers ability to do her job correctly. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
