Item description did not state sealed (nor did it state it had been opened), so I was going by the picture, which showed it sealed. If that is a deal breaker for you, you might want to verify with the seller before purchasing. Other than that, item was as described (64oz Philosophy Gingerbread man).     Easy to use not easy to clean. Has some difficulties making chocolate chip cookie cups no matter what I did the came out well done and too crispy

    Lightweight and compact
