Messaged seller with a question on July 11 with no response. Messaged again on July 22 because orders were still not shipped. I requested to cancel and refund my orders because I no longer needed the shirts. Seller refused to cancel/refund the order, and STILL never shipped my orders! Similar model, different strap. I ask what happened and they said they had already emailed me a return label earlier. They didn’t and I even asked for a screenshot of it and they just didn’t respond. Too bad these hats were sent directly to my embroidery shop who did the job on them because I trusted that they sent the correct hats so it’s not like I can return them.
