        Purchased a “brand new” Ruhe perfume. Received the wrong scent. Basic Union scent was delivered in an open box with used perfume. Asked seller for a return and refund. Seller replied “please just keep I’ll send you money back “. It has been over a month. Seller has not sent refund and has stopped all communication.
