I only used it once so far. It snags sometimes without the guard, but I think with use of a good technique it won't snag. Maybe it's a LEMON,...
Does not seems to be the same product I ordered directly from the manufacturer, as it is: A. louder, B. snags a lot, C. does not cut as well... Maybe it's a LEMON, maybe a copycat product. Anyway, I used it one time for my bodily hair, and I won't do that anymore. too painfull… Maybe I will use it for the few remaining hair strands on my head.
