Small and Absolutely Amazing!!
We have been using this WaterPik Complete Care 5.0 model for over a year now (we have 3 of them - one for each of us), and I hope they will continue to manufacture it forever!! It is smaller and a perfect size for leaving out on the bathroom vanity, and does a serious job of flossing and brushing. We both floss and brush after breakfast and after dinner before going to bed. Sometime during the day, it is nice to just floss away debris after lunch if we are at home. I especially like the three brushing modes of the 'Triple Sonic' brush with this set - regular brushing, whitening, and massaging! I vary from one mode to another throughout the week. My dental hygienist commented that I had done all the work for her because my teeth and gums were so clean and in such good shape. The "dual" device was a waste of money for me
The toothbrush addition of this product comes with toothbrush heads that are SO SOFT they are useless. I think buying just a waterpik device that only affords that water-injection of fluid for the gumline is a better idea. Happy with purchase, a few little querks
Nice product. All good. What would I change? Well, the "speed" button is in a place that I've had to train myself to hold the brush differently than other brushes, otherwise I keep changing the speed while brushing. Not a big deal, but some learning was involved. I'd also tone down the charge state indicator. At night, it is quite bright. For those that would like a green night-light in the room, it's great. For me, I covered it with tape. Still a great product. Takes less space on the counter than my old waterpik brush. Convenience in one device
This was a replacement for the same model I owned, which died 3 months after the 2 year warranty was over. Waterpik said to buy a new one. The battery life is short, maybe 4 days, before it needs recharging. Waterpik said not to keep the toothbrush on the charger all the time. Device does a good job of flossing, with several different tips included. A good range in the strength of the water pulsations, which keep the gums healthy. I prefer the sonic brushing to oscillating; I think it does a better job of getting in between the teeth. Great water flosser but the electric toothbrush is just awesome
I've had a Waterpik in the past but passed it down to one of my children as I didn't care for it. After my first cavity in 20 years I decided to take better care of my teeth as I've always been told to floss. I hate flossing as many of the spacings between my teeth are narrow or non-existent! Well, the thing that has me excited is the toothbrush. The water flosser seems improved and the product shipped with lots of flossing heads. Not Long Lasting
I will Write this Review only for the Reliability and Duration Timeline of the Product not the Cleaning Performance ( Which is very Decent. ) I got this and it worked for just About Two Years. Now the Toothbrush wont charge. The Flosser Works and that's it. Two Weeks ago I tried to Charge my Toothbrush on My Wife's and it worked. Funny thing is, My Wife got her's in December 2019 and Today nothing on her's works now. The Flosser won't even turn on. not as great as past products
This product is okay. Not as good as the previous 900 series, however. The water capacity is slightly smaller and the toothbrush heads (new) are not as satisfying as the previous style. It does, however, save some counter space and the flossing is as good as before. I will use it eventually - but I still prefer the previous 900 model (unfortunately they have changed the brushing heads so at some point replacement brushes for the 900 series will no longer be available).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My dentist suggested I purchase this product, otherwise I would have not, but so far, I can say that I am pleased with it.
