Formula 303 HELPS Restless Leg Syndrome
I have suffered with RLS for almost 50 years. If you do too then you understand the jumping legs, aching that works up your back, having to get up and exercise and hope you can then fall asleep. Best alternative to perscribed drugs..

A friend (who is a doctor) recommended it as a muscle relaxant and suggested 2 pills before bed time. When I did that I slept soundly and actually had trouble waking up in the morning. She suggested I reduce it to one pill before bed.
