    First of all, I love this ashtray. It arrived impeccably packed in bubble wrap. The price of the item, shipping cost, and ship time were all reasonable, but the description explicitly stated "no chips or cracks." There are 2 small chips in the glaze. They don't detract from the overall look of the piece. I'm not bothered by them. What does bother me is that the seller misrepresented this item in the listing. If the seller had been honest, I still would've bought it at the same price ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    So sorry, I didn't mean to misrepresent Item. I did have two of the same, I know one had a chip as stated but I thought this one was clean with none.
