It gave me the courage to try.
Seriously! I had my Instant Pot for three weeks before I got up enough courage to try using it. The first thing I cooked was eggs (hard boiled). No more peeling away half the egg! ! I've also tried the Brown Rice & Beans (I LOVE beans), Chicken Marsala, Lentil Soup, and Hot & Sour Soup.
