Shipping time okay, weather delay. Packed well therefore arrived in good condition. Item exactly as described. Great price!

Instant shipping, products in perfect condition, and as advertised. Arrived earlier than I expected, which was nice. Packaging was light (for a heavy punch), but no damage to the accompanying stamp case. Many thanks!

Sadly one glass was damaged in shipping. I think for fragile items like champagne flutes, double boxing is necessary and wasn’t done here. I did get a partial refund, so I very much appreciate the seller’s fast response. Buyers might consider asking about double boxing before purchasing glassware.
