Chain Cleaner that works!
I love Park Tools especially when I can get them at a reasonable price. This tool is amazing! I speak from owning mine for over a year! Though mine just broke and I bought another one on the same day it broke! I have tried friends chain scrubbers that own other brands. Big Box specials and a Pedro one I think. All did the job in some fashion but not the way I see my chains come out with Park! When you get a good priced one there almost as cheap as a big box special. I use 2 liquid products to clean my chain. I start with Dawn dishwasher soap (especially if there gunky and getting there first treatment). The last one is Simple Green. With my chains that are beautifully up-kept, I just use simple Green as it does the job! Don't hesitate! Get it and don't waste your money on the other brands!!!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cracked and spring-clip broke off
After the first use, I noticed a small crack where the spring-clip attached to the body. I wasn't going to worry about it unless it got worse. After the second use, it got worse. Awesome and effective tool to have to clean a bike chain. Bike chain grease can really take a few washes to thoroughly remove old grease from your hands. This tool makes it easy and a lot less messy to clean your chain. I read all instructions, and followed them explicitly, and found this product to be a small wonder.. It has done everything you would expect it to... Excellent product at a great price; one point, use florida chemical companies citrus cleaner based concentrate to clean with (citrus burst 7 or 8) - thats a LOT cheaper than using an water based cleaner which already has the water in it...like Park wants to sell you. Those citrus bust products are preformulated d-limonene which can be diluted to 3 to 4% d-limonene in water..and efficiently do the cleaning job. They are good enough to remove tar and asphalt out of khakis - so thats all you need for cleaning bikes..so save a little money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

CLEAN CHAIN QUICK AND EASY!
Been using these for years. Replacing old one that had dirty/worn-out brushes. I also dropped one half of it on concrete floor and it busted in a few places. Park chain cleaning tool
This tool does a fantastic job and cleaning your bicycle chain! I had a similar tool made by a different brand about 25 years ago and it was terrible. It kept falling apart during the cleaning process and made a bigger mess than I anticipated it would. After two times of using it I just threw it away and cleaned the Chain by taking it apart and soaking it in kerosene.
