      Never received and no contact from seller after messaging so finalized with eBay for refund which was disappointing based on reading positive reviews

      We have never received any message from yourself regarding your order. You opened a case 5 days after placing your order saying it never arrived. We kindly ask you to confirm the delivery address on the case so we could check where the 2d barcode was scanned on the postage envelope. However this was ignored and you raised it with eBay who issued a refund, something a bit off when you open a case and then don't respond to the seller!!
