    The grille was wrapped in bubble wrap, but it was able to slide around in the shipping box which caused on end of the wrap to expose the grille. With move stuffing in the box would help the item from sliding around inside the box. The picture below shows why I say there needs to be more than just bubble wrap when packaging this item. 5 star for magic kit! But FedEx really need to work on there handling and care of packages.

    The seller messaged me after the sale to inform me its only carbon look alike... fine whatever just send it. The package was poorly packed, when i recieved it was damaged by shipper (fedex), proceeded to test fit and it does not even fit my 2014 xts v sport at all. Now im being told to ship it back undamaged with my own money and i SHOULD get a refund by 3 days. DO NOT BUY!!! PRODUCT, SELLER AND SHIPPING COMPANY ALL GET AN F.... i repeat its a very bad idea to buy from this company.
