        Received the item and it was broke. No big deal, initiated a return. Buyer was late to respond. Buyer asked if I had the original packaging (2 unpaid USPS priority bundle mailers hiding in an outer blank mailer), the seller then tried to get me to keep the broken item and pay shipping. I said no, and they ghosted me. eBay had to step in, and I was refunded. Advice to the seller: clean your items, accept returns as a cost of doing business, use boxes, communicate, improve customer service.
