    A must Have!

    I really wanted a touchless fauce since I cook alot and don't like touching things with food on my hands. I researched alot and found this faucet to get great reviews. I found it on Ebay for a good price and purchased it. It arrived withing a few days and was packaged securely. We had a plumber install it for us for 100.00. It looks great in our kitchen and works perfectly. It seems to be made well (as we've only been using it for a week) but takes a bit of getting use to using the hands free rather than going to for handle. Within a week though, I use it all of the time. I love not possibly getting cross contamination on my faucet. The hose come out of it's holder easily and sits back into it without a problem. I get plenty of length on the hose to rinse down my whole since or ...

    Fantastic faucet all around

    This is an excellent faucet, nice and tall with good pull down action. The sensor works very well (I had this exact same model in my previous house and it worked flawlessly for 3 years and counting with only 1 battery change). After 3 years, the finish was still perfect. The flow is very good, but not quite as powerful as the faucet it replaces which I suspect is the cost you pay for having an electronic 'brain' controlling it. Installation is extremely easy and should take an experience DIYer no more than 20-30 minutes. As for the negatives, minor as they are, The flow rate could be maybe 10% better or so and it would be nice if they added an additional sensor facing forward or under the support arm. On the current one that I have, it does not always automatically switch from spray ...

    I love it!

    The faucet's pull down and self retracting function is better compared to some other expensive faucets that I have owned. The water flow steam is diminished for water saving purposes however, it works well. The touch less and hands free function is over zealous and I find annoying, for with motion, it turns on when not needed. So, I disabled this function. Otherwise, the spot resistant finish s great. It looks good and is very easy to use. I'm looking to many years of usability although, I only had it for a week.
