Perfectly dense ball and larger than a tennis ball that gets right into the spasmed muscles.
I was using a tennis ball to try to put pressure on tight buttock muscles. The tennis ball was too small to be effective. I ordered these therapy balls, which are a perfect density and slightly larger than a tennis ball, which gets right on these tightened muscles. Just what I was looking for.
