They put in a couple of strips (literally strips, maybe an inch wide) in the box with the loco, but put the item in a tiny box with no packing material above or below and the ends of the loco box wedged against the ends of the shipping box. At best packing was incompetent, and this was made worse by the fact that I reached out before buying and was assured it would be safely packed. We would have attempted to resolve any issues. My employee who packed it took extra care in the packaging and even showed it to me as he was doing it. Trust me, I would rather work to resolve issues then for my customers have a bad experience.
