Upon opening the package (with the courier present), I discovered that several parts were missing: two shoulder accessories, the shield piece, and the instruction manual. I provided clear, detailed photos showing the missing parts and the condition of the packaging, but the seller denied there was any problem and accused me instead. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Sorry, I don't bow down to threats. It's sad sellers like me have to deal with BS with no protection or backing from anyone on this site.
