      Very good if you have wi-fi

      Before I purchased this item I Googled it to make sure it was possible to use it without wi-fi. Given that apparently you could I ordered it. This was to be for my wife’s friend who being over 80 years old, has never had the need of a computer. I loaded it up with several books to see her through the current situation with Coronavirus but I couldn’t get it to work without a internet connection.

      Doing the job it was bought for..

      I wanted a cheap tablet to read the newspaper on-line and control my music system. This hits both those targets, the screen is not upto the highest standards, it's no featherweight and I wouldn't recommend it for looking at detailed images, but otherwise it's just fine.

      Great buy

      I was torn between the ebook reader and this for my birthday gift. I wanted to be able to read my books and purchase easily after my nook stopped working. I can now access many books world wide, set profiles for me and my family and use other apps like Netflix to enjoy on the move and take to work! Would recommend and will happily buy again. My husband prefers the iPad and apple personally but for myself I prefer this and how easier it is and less expensive.
