    Excellent filter media

    This is a great carbon filter, easy to clean and change add it to my 129 gallon fresh water tank crystal clear water. Do to the full spectrum lighting pictures always have a blue tint.

    Flimsy

    I have bought these in stores and they were always very sturdy and lasted long with a rinsing during water changes. Some carbon inside these filters came through the filter and was lying in the bottom of the box. These filters are thin and flimsy. I will never buy them online again. I will buy them in a store where I can open the pack and check them out.

    Pay Attention!

    I wasn,t Paying attention when I ordered. I have a EX30 filter so they where way to big and I ordered 2 boxes. I was using them any way without the case they fit in, just stuck the cartrige in the opening. The fish I had in that tank Died when I went to change cartriges it was slimy and crusted worse then ever but I don,t blame the filter. I just don,t know. Robert Scott
