    They arrived in great shape and everything worked make sure you don’t lose the charger like I did it took a while for a replacement for it but that was my fault not the company or product it’s a active trigger bye the person holding the remote not the dog barking it self to trigger it which is perfect for training

    I just recommend testing the shock on yourself first… directions say start at 10.. my dog took off yesterday and my son hit him on 10 with shock and he came right back but he was terrified and shaking so well be using vibration and beep only from now on
