Good texture and flavor.
Full disclosure: I personally do not use this product, it is used by my husband. He feels he is keeping himself healthy by using flax seed mixed with chia seed and coconut flakes added to his morning cereal. He said the texture and flavor are good and when mixed with chia and coconut, the flavor is really delicious. Then, he tops it off with blueberries and grapes and is a happy man. :-) Oh, if only everything else was that easy...

Excellent ground flaxseed
The only 'con' is that the package is not re-sealable. A lot of folks transfer it to another container, but I guess I was spoiled by Stober Farms flaxseed. Their package re-sealed. However Stober stopped supplying BJ's Wholesale and at that point I realized I was paying a hefty price for my resealable bag!
