I had a bit of a mishap as mattress left sliding off the bed when lifting the side otterman up, however I was offered to exchange the bed base straight away. It seemed like a bit of a faff, when all was needed was some mattress retainers or Velcro to stick the mattress to the base. So we agreed on a partial refund. Very pleasant to deal with.
