    Weight loss supplement

    Aids in weight loss and seems to help overall feelings. My wife has used Almased off and on for several years, with good results. The only major drawback is that it is relatively expensive. Overall, an excellent product.

    A waste of money

    This "diet shake" is extremely hard to do. Nothing but shakes and maybe some broth for 14 days. I couldn't do it because I got too weak from simply doing liquids. The taste, unless enhanced with something, is awful not to mention the texture.Since I don't want to simply throw it away I will resume after the holidays but only drink it 2-3 times a day with a light meal at dinner. Honestly you can find a better protein drink at Walmart in a huge container that is far better than this with more protein.All this stuff about this product is nothing but hype. Don't waste your money.

    Almased works!

    I followed the plan. After 5 days I moved on to phase 2. I lost an average of 2# a week for a total of 10#. I am now moving into phase 3. A regimented program works best for me. Taste was OK. I added 2 packets of stevia, 10 Oz water, cinnamon and vanilla. Some crushed ice.

    Good product don't, feel hungry

    I didn't know what to expect when I first tasted the shake. It has a good taate although I add some vanilla extract. I mix the powder with some almond milk. Once mixed, with a spoon, it has a very slight granny texture, which I don't mind. I should try one of those portable mixers. I'm in the "starting phase", and don't feel hungry.
