5x7 polk audio MM's
I purchased a pair of these for my 2003 extra cab Toyota tacoma. They fit in the factory location of rear panel 5x7's. I also puchased 5x7 Morel component's for my door panel speakers cause polk didnt make a 5x7 component speaker set up. I also have a 4xch. Mmats 4070sq amplifier mated to them. 70watts rms. These polk 5x7's cant handle mid range bass at all.. my gain on the amp is turned all the way down an on my eq i had to negative the bass out to -9 cause they will distort..?!?! Yet the highs scream clear music! This would be a decent set of speakers for someone wanting an upgrade from stock speakers running a factory deck or a single din with no power. Look into the Morel speakers! They are expensive yet hit mids n highs like they say on the box.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
