    Fairly Good Flick about a little-known bit of history

    Overall an exciting and engaging film with plenty of battle action. Anthony Quinn plays the leader of the French force sent in to stop the Arab leader (played by none other that Steven Segal!) that is leading raids on towns that are resisting takeover by his group. What was most interesting about the film is that it was shot entirely on location (with Spain standing in for Algeria), thus giving it a very contemporary feel. Also, the way the story line played out gave a lot of insight into what it must have been like when our own troops were working to corner and eradicate Saddam Hussein.
