The sealed bag seems to be a return sent from another buyer back to the seller theneedleinahaystack. Perhaps seller got item back, never bothered to inspect it, and just sold it to me again? She received a package, which is still sealed, and then sold that sealed package onto me. The coat is in very rough shape. Definitely not worth anywhere close to the price.
