I’m a 34 inch waist and they do not fit at any level. They run extremely small they leak and I had one bust open in my sleep at the crotch with very minor wetting. Absolutely the worst appearance for diaper they look like a cartoon. They have hearts that say health and faces that say fun what is fun about a diaper? This is rip off don’t purchase this.
