    The shipping for us was via a freight carrier and arrived as promised and in excellent condition. The confusing aspect was that 2 items shipped at the time of purchase. One via USPS and a second via frieght carrier. This made us think the printer would arrive within days. To avoid confusion the USPS item did not need a tracking number (it was a thank you coupon for future purchases). Overall, very happy with the purchase and seller. We would buy from them again.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! Shortly after I purchased the item, the seller marked the item as shipped and did not provide tracking information. 4 days after the latest delivery date had passed I contacted the seller and was told the item had not shipped and that they would "expediting" the process. 2 days after their last message and still no printer!!
