The lady at Verizon had trouble getting the SIM card in because there was a piece of plastic jammed in the slot. Verizon finally got it to work and I hope it doesn't break soon. No idea how this seller gets a positive 99% rating. Also the cord sent was the original one included with the phone so I am not sure how it would not of fit the phone. Please respond to us
