It was on my porch within 2-3 days of ordering it and was packed tight with bubble wrap so laptop was extremely secure. The only downside was that the listing had pictures of all sides of laptop except the bottom. When I receive it there was a very big scratch on the bottom. Not a big deal for me but for those who are very picky or particular, it may have been. Despite that, awesome seller, solid PC & great experience
