Great product! Easy to swallow calcium. Plant based.
This is plant based and I prefer that over factory concoctions as I assume it is more easily absorbed and safer. It is easy to swallow as they are slimmer than most calcium. As far as if it delivers what is promised, I do not know. I would need to send it to a lab for that.
