    I’m so grateful for the seller and the customer service provided. The speed at which the item was shipped was great and I have to admit i was scared that the item would get damaged in transit since it’s fragile. However the seller went out of their way to make sure the package was well protected. “Fragile” stickers placed on the box, “no stack” written on the box and it was well secured inside with styrofoam and packing peanuts. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!

    Elf was bought as a christmas gift, seller inaccurately described her item as excellent condition. Didn't look it over before listing. The leather belt is totally damaged (Not as described)Seller was contacted, blamed husband. Unfortunately we left the next day, replaced our gift on the 500 mile trip home. The only thing we asked for was a partial refund of 20 dollar. Seller became disrespectful, wants to inconvenience me further by boxing this large item and forced to UPS. (Over 20 bucks)

    We are sorry our options to return the elf or to contact Mark Roberts was not acceptable. We waited 17 days for a response from you after our original request to return the elf. The out of line comments made us realize the elf should be returned, this was something you made clear you were unwilling to do. We are still questioning when the damage occurred. Just because someone isn’t willing to do what YOU want doesn’t mean we are disrespectful.
